Each month I will be recommending a book from one of my favorite topics, the paranormal. This could mean ghosts, UFO's, psychic research, etc. and all our in my personal library. This month's recommendation is: Encyclopedia of Ghosts and Spirits by Rosemary Ellen Guiley

I wanted to do something fun so I thought I would start doing a paranormal movie of the month from some of my favorite spooky movies. These movies aren't always 100% accurate and many are for entertainment purposes so here we go: This month's Pick: An Evening with Edgar Allan Poe (1970) ~Dr. Jamie Pearce Author/Founder of Historic Haunts Investigations  Dr. Jamie Pearce has selected the Bronx Historical Society, The Poe Cottage as the charity of the month.

A fantastic metaphysical store not far from the historic area and Jamie looks forward to returning…if for nothing else, the merchandise!  Dr. Jamie Pearce did a book signing at Colonial Williamsburg’s John Greenhow General Store. There was a bit of activity during the book signing and Dr. Pearce even heard her name called several times. There were also several EMF spikes during it. This location will be featured in Historic Haunts of Colonial Williamsburg.  Jamie Pearce PhD and Goodwin Society Member completed a dream by doing a book signing at Colonial Williamsburg’s John Greenhow’s General Store. While there, a few paranormal encounters occurred during the signing. You will have to wait to hear all the details in Historic Haunts of Colonial Williamsburg.  Dr. Jamie Pearce and her family returned to where she calls home, Colonial Williamsburg for the Grand Illuminations celebration. Dr. Pearce did several book signings while in town while celebrating the season with her family and friends.  Goodwin Society Member, Dr. Jamie Pearce, the founder of Historic Haunts Investigations did another book signing at Revolutions at Colonial Williamsburg’s Visitor Center. Another great event at Dr. Pearce’s favorite historic sites.  |
